Customers are at the heart of our business, and being able to collaborate and communicate, simply and intuitively, provides an enhanced experience for everyone.

As the portal is designed to facilitate collaboration, customers will have the ability to contribute information directly into the portal, including uploading documents.  Importantly though, the way the portal has been designed ensures brokers retain control of the process.  Brokers will be able to configure the portal so that they can determine the right level of customer involvement for their unique business model.

Whichever way a broker decides to use the portal, it is designed to enhance the value and experience a broker can provide to one of the largest decisions a customer will make in their lifetime.  It will enable the customer to have visibility over the progress of their application, through each of the process milestones and enhance the relationship they have with their broker.

Throughout the observation phase of our product design, the Customer Portal team have engaged extensively with broker and customer focus groups to uncover deep insights and understanding.

Utilising our extensive data library gained from thousands of customer lodgements over the past decade, our Customer Portal is being tailor built for Australian customers and the Australian broking market.

Throughout the exploration and design thinking phases our team utilises our extensive customer data points to accurately map and model customer practices, behaviours and interactions that guide our team through the architectural design phase in the creation of our industry leading technology experience
