SMS function in flex

It would be great to be able to schedule SMS reminders for appointments and also for client birthdays directly out of flex

    Email replaced phone calls, and now SMS has replaced emails. SMS is pretty instant, whereas emails get looked at later (if at all). SMS is essential in this new fast-moving world that we live and work in.

    I would also request, a dedicated SMS platform to send messages to clients (ie. not just scheduled sms by the system). As an admin person, I want to be able to message the client on the broker’s behalf and get the response… not wait for Broker to let me know they’ve sent the request and received a response (from the client).

    team are yet to begin development.
