Remove automatic application back channel message notifications to referrers in Refer

Refer is great except I don't feel that it's in the best interest of the client to be providing automatic lending updates to referral partners without first notifying the clients of the application stage reached. By all means make it an option, but removal of this automatic feature would allow brokers to ensure the application progresses in the best interest of the client without pressure from referral partners such as real estates, solicitors etc who are trying to get the deal settled regardless of individual situation.
